FAQ

Continuing Education

Can I study at the FAU via distance learning?

The Master of Health Business Administration (MHBA), Master in Health and Medical Management (MHMM) and Sustainability Management (MBA) are distance learning courses. Some of the introductory courses and examinations take place on site in Nuremberg/ Erlangen.

Do I have to enrol as a student for further education?

If you decide to pursue a (continuing education) degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s and modular studies), you must enroll at FAU. You can also attend certificate courses without enrolment.

What are module studies?

The module studies at FAU are modules from existing degree programs that have been combined to form a new, interdisciplinary study program. Students and professionals can expand their skills and sharpen their profile for their further academic or professional career through an additional qualification.

What do the different certificates mean?
